Because each piece is made to order and crafted specifically for you, we have developed a return policy that balances our commitment to customer satisfaction with the unique nature of handmade goods. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your item immediately upon receipt. If you discover any defects in materials or workmanship, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by misuse, or alterations made after purchase are not eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our work, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom orders that have been made to your specific requirements, including personalized items, monogrammed pieces, or items made in custom colors or sizes, are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship.

Limited edition items are also considered final sale due to their exclusive nature and limited availability. Once purchased, these items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Items purchased during special sales or promotional events may have different return policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Please review any special terms before completing your order.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at office@xelvarynaukloxir.world or call us at (310) 927-7832. Please provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with return instructions if your item is eligible.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please do not send your purchase back to us without first receiving authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless we are at fault.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us for assistance.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, and we are happy to facilitate exchanges when possible. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to discuss your options. Exchanges are subject to availability and must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.

To exchange an item, you must first return the original item following our standard return process. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you. If there is a price difference between the items, we will either refund the difference or request additional payment as appropriate.

Please note that custom orders and limited edition items cannot be exchanged. If you are unsure about sizing or specifications, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order so we can help you make the right choice.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect every item before shipping to ensure it meets our high standards. However, if you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or has a defect in materials or workmanship, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

To report a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number. We will review your claim and determine the best course of action, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

If we determine that an item is defective due to our error, we will cover all costs associated with the return and replacement, including shipping. We stand behind the quality of our work and will make every effort to ensure you are satisfied with the resolution.

Repairs and Maintenance

We believe that handmade leather goods should last a lifetime with proper care. If your item needs repair due to normal wear and tear, we offer repair services for a reasonable fee. Please contact us to discuss your repair needs and receive a quote.

Items that are still under warranty may be eligible for free repairs if the damage is due to a defect in materials or workmanship. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your handmade accessory, we recommend following the care instructions provided with your purchase. Proper care includes regular conditioning of leather items, avoiding exposure to excessive moisture, and storing items properly when not in use.

International Returns

International customers are welcome to return items following the same guidelines as domestic customers. However, please note that international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and customs fees or duties are non-refundable.

International returns may take longer to process due to customs clearance and international shipping times. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance for valuable items.

Refunds for international orders will be issued in US dollars to the original payment method. Currency exchange rates may affect the final amount you receive in your local currency.

Cancellations

Because we begin work on your order immediately upon receipt, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at office@xelvarynaukloxir.world or (310) 927-7832.

If your order has already entered production, we may not be able to cancel it. In such cases, you will need to follow our standard return process once you receive the item. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
